Anything with garlic = yum. Add all the sautéed herbs on top of that, and this is one super addicting snack! Can’t wait to try it on a salad 🥗💚
Ingredients:
2 cups raw walnuts
1 cup raw pecans
1/2 cup raw macadamias
1/2 cup raw pine nuts
2 Tbsp walnut oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 Tbsp fresh minced rosemary
1 Tbsp fresh minced sage
1 tsp fresh thyme
1 tsp iodized sea salt
Recipe:
1. Combine nuts in a large heatproof bowl and set aside.
2. Heat oil in a small sauté pan over medium heat. Add garlic, rosemary, sage, and thyme, and cook until very fragrant, 2-3 minutes.
3. Remove from heat, and pour oil mixture over nut mix immediately. Sprinkle with sea salt.
4. Toss to combine, and let cool to room temperature before serving.
