Tuna Avocado Wraps

Tuna Avocado Seaweed Wraps for lunch today 😍🐟 so yummy and fresh! Incredibly simple to make too! 🙏🏽



All I did was dice some delicious tuna from @atlantafishmarket, and mix it in a bowl with 1 Tbsp @bragglivefoodproducts coconut aminos, 1 tsp sesame oil, 1 tsp fresh chopped ginger, 1 tsp rice vinegar, a handful of scallions, and sesame seeds! Spoon it onto the seaweed wraps with some spring mix, sliced avocado, and salt & pepper. Voila! 😛



My sister had hers scooped onto a bed of spring mix as a salad, and said that was delicious as well! We both agreed tuna poke bowls need to be in the near future! 😍🍚

Ingredients (Serves 2):


2 4oz tuna filets, diced

1 Tbsp coconut aminos

1 tsp sesame oil

1 tsp fresh ginger, chopped

1 tsp rice vinegar

Handful chopped scallions

Sesame seeds for garnish

Salt and pepper to taste


Recipe:


  1. Add all ingredients to a bowl fold to combine. Scoop mixture onto wraps or salad and enjoy!
