Peach Tomato Bruschetta
Because is anything better than bruschetta with fresh peaches??? LOVED every second of eating this for lunch today! Such a delicious and easy appetizer or meal, and since the ingredients are all in season, it was EXTRA delicious! 😋
I love this paleo bread too from@baseculture👌🏽 I usually have to make my own bread because I can never find compliant ones, but this one is all good ingredients! Just threw it in the toaster oven! Can’t beat that! 🤣

Ingredients (Makes 4 toasts):
4 slices paleo bread, toasted
2 peaches, diced
2 medium heirloom tomatoes, skinned/de-seeded/diced
1 stem basil, sliced into ribbons
1 Tbsp EVOO
1 Tbsp good balsalmic
Herbs de Provence for garnish
Salt and pepper to taste
Recipe:
1. Toss peaches, tomatoes, and basil in a bowl with a drizzle of olive oil, sea salt, and cracked pepper.
2. Spoon onto toasted bread, and drizzle with good, thick balsamic, and a sprinkle of herbs de Provence.
