Maple & Sea Salt Nut Butter
Updated: Sep 1, 2020
Homemade Maple & Sea Salt Nut Butter! Wow I was always told how easy it was to make my own nut butter 🤯 so glad I finally did! Thank you @cuisinart for doing all the legwork! 🤣🥜
I’ve been eating so many of those almond butter pouches because they fit so well in my diaper bag, and are a fast way to get some healthy calories and fats on the go! I’m also obsessed with @lakanto‘s maple syrup, so I thought I could combine these two things into something amazing! 🍁🥜

Ingredients:
6 cups blanched almonds (I got the slivered ones from @wholefoods)
3 cups of any leftover or fun nuts in your pantry (I did 2 cups walnuts, 1 cup pecans)
9 Tbsp @lakanto maple syrup, I've also tried this recipe with 9 dates and it was equally delicious!
1 tsp sea salt
Recipe:
1. Toast the nuts on a large sheet pan in the oven at 350F for about 15 min.
2. Once cooled but still warm, place all nuts in a food processor and blend until creamy. Should be a solid 2-3 minutes.
3. Then add the maple syrup and sea salt and blend one last time. This recipe makes 3-4 mason jars full, so half it if you need to, or give leftovers to your favorite friends! 🤣🥜
About to go downstairs and eat some more of this. Hope everyone is having a great day! 🍁☀️
